Overview

We all know that all good luxury replicas are made in China. Sending replicas from China to around the world is a challenging job due to different customs regulations in each country.

But based on our years of experience, there are still some tricky ways to ensure safe delivery.

Ship directly from China

We have experienced shipping agents who have been working with us for many years and they know some special safe ways to deliver the replica to you. It will be cheaper and not slower. We may use different logistics companies in different countries to ship your package, just for added security.

About package tracking

After you place an order with us, we will give you a logistics tracking number and the corresponding official logistics website link for your convenience.

This website may be from different shipping agents such as DHL/EMS/Fedex/TNT/UPS etc.,

About tariffs

Depending on local customs regulations, your package may be subject to import taxes. We are not responsible for the taxes and fees incurred during customs clearance in your country. Buyers should pay the taxes and fees themselves. Also, if your customs require a tax ID number. Please provide the tracking number when clearing your package from customs. We will declare your tax ID number to us before sending the package. on the package's invoice.

About customs package seizure

What if the package encounters customs issues or is even seized?

As a business, we have no control over every country's customs regulations. We know from experience, but they sometimes do random checks, especially on suspicious packages from questionable countries like China. We can say that the probability is about 1-3%, which means that out of 30 packages we randomly send, only 1 may encounter customs issues. Customs issues do not necessarily mean a seizure, a few different issues usually occur:

Details are incomplete or unclear. For example, sender details or recipient details. They will usually contact both parties for clarification. In this case, we will help you solve this problem. They usually let the package go through eventually or return it to the sender.

Packaging claims or values are questionable and mean nothing to them. Since we do underestimate the value, they usually ask you to provide additional proof that matches the value stated on the package, such as an invoice and proof of payment. In this case, we will help you provide "fake" invoices and payment vouchers to solve the problem. They will eventually release it.

Damaged packaging

In this case, they will usually return the package to the sender. In this case, we will redeliver the package to your address.

Seized

The package was seized due to the country's brand counterfeiting or imitation regulations. In this case, we will arrange for a replacement, send it to your address again, or refund you as we have discussed.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties or import charges on your part. Some countries sometimes impose taxes.
